It’s one thing to pass the California Department of Real Estate exam, it’s another to understand how to market a property, negotiate the best price on behalf of the seller, and manage the many logistics that are required to get a home sold for top dollar. 


In today’s fast-paced real estate market, communication is key to a successful transaction. Effective communication is one of my superpowers. As a matter of fact, my degree from the University of Texas at Austin is from the College of Communications. Being a strong communicator has served me well throughout my professional career as a top producing Realtor. I cannot overemphasize the importance of communication in real estate. 


Every listing is different depending on the seller’s needs and wants. No two listings are alike. Each seller has their own specific requirements or list of items that are most important to them. It’s my job to listen to what matters to you most. Then, based on your criteria, I craft a listing action plan that works best for you and your family with the goal of selling your home for top dollar. 


As a listing agent, I wear a lot of different hats, but one of the most important hats that I wear is one of a professional salesperson. What does that mean and what does that look like?
