Having been a homeowner for many years in the Bay Area, it wasn’t until I built my own custom home from the ground up that I began to understand the many details and intricacies of homeownership, mortgage loans, home construction, real estate, title & escrow, legal contracts, and the many service providers that play a major role in the $43 trillion dollar housing market (2022 statistics). 


Homeownership is a topic that I am deeply passionate about. It is the number one means of wealth-building for Americans, especially Californians. Home Buying and selling is an overwhelming process for most people and that is where I come in. 


Did you know that the three most stressful times in a person’s life are the death of a loved one, a divorce and buying/selling a home? That is why my approach to real estate is much like having your own personal concierge service. I am here to take care of the details, negotiate the best price for your home and provide you with the resources you need to move forward with ease in buying or selling your home. 

As a Realtor who leverages technology to streamline and automate the real estate transaction process, I am efficient, and productive in getting things done.
